Hello! And welcome to Hello Mental Health. Hello Mental Health is a locally owned and operated Edmonton based virtual mental health clinic. We provide psychotherapy and counselling services to Albertans 16 years and older. We believe that mental health is a vital aspect of general wellbeing. There are many factors that make it difficult for clients to get the mental health services and support they need in a timely manner. Our goal is to provide safe, efficient, and easily accessible mental health services to our clients.

Our referral process

Referral Status: ACCEPTING NEW REFERRALS (LAST UPDATED: JULY 2023) 1. Ask your family doctor to fax us a completed Referral form. Our referral form can be found HERE. 2. Once we receive your referral form, we will contact you to book a screening interview. 3. Once the screening interview is completed and your referral has been accepted, you will be placed on our waitlist.
  • Virtual appointments only.
  • Patient must have valid Alberta Health Care and be 16 years or older.
  • Fully covered by Alberta Health.
  • Referral based
  • CBT based with other modalities available.

Please note: We do not accept patients with acute safety concerns, active suicidality, psychotic disorders including drug induced psychosis, active mania, or uncontrolled schizophrenia. We also do not accept patients under the age of 16. These mental health disorders and age group require more specialized care. Your family doctor will be able to determine if our services are appropriate for you.
